Christina Tosi’sMilk Bar, a dessert company that first landed in NYC’s East Village back in 2008, is beloved for a whole slew of confections. From the famous Milk Bar Pie to Cereal Milk soft serve, there’s a ton for your sweet tooth to explore at the store. But for the first time ever, you can sink your spoon into Milk Bar ice cream without ever stepping foot inside the shop: The brand just launched four epicice creamsthat are now available nationwide.

It’s the first time that customers will be able to sample the brand’s ice cream outside of the bakery. On the heels ofMilk Bar’sfirst grocery launch, soft-baked cookies, the pints just hit freezer shelves in Whole Foods stores across the country. The four debut flavors are inspired by popular Milk Bar confections.

“I have dreamed about bringing Milk Bar to the freezer section (the holy grail of the supermarket in my opinion) for nearly a decade,” saidTosiin a press release. “I knew coming in now, we’d need to do more than bend pieces of our finished treats into an ice cream pint. So, we toiled and tinkered, taking our favorite flavor profiles and imagining them through ice cream bases, swirls, gobs, fudges, frostings, crumbs and crunches to create our proudest on-shelf creation yet.”

Here’s the low-down on each flavor:

  • Birthday Cake:An homage to the store’s signature, sprinkle-dappled layer cake, this pick is a mix of birthday cake-flavored ice cream, birthday cake crumbs and ribbons of frosting.
  • Cereal Milk:A blend of Cereal Milk ice cream and salty-sweet cornflake crunch—just like the bottom of a cereal bowl.
  • Cornflake Chocolate Chip Marshmallow:Cousin of the bakery’s bestselling cookie, this cookie dough ice cream boasts all the mix-ins: cornflake crunch, chocolate chunks and marshmallow swirls.
  • Milk Bar Pie:Vanilla ice cream meets gooey butter filling and toasted oat crumble.

While the ice cream is only available at Whole Foods and other select retailers at the moment (use this online tool tofind it at a storenear you), it’ll be available for purchase online later this summer.Sign upto be notified once it hits Milk Bar’s online store. They cost $6 a pint, but TBH, we’d pay triple for any treat involving Milk Bar Pie.
